Job Description

Junior PHP Developer with at least 2 years commercial web development experience is sought by a full-service agency based in Croydon, London. A passion for delivering high quality, well thought out web development is at the heart of everything they do and has resulted in a diverse and loyal client base.

Due to this continued success this Junior PHP Developer will be given autonomy to work across a broad range of projects (e-commerce, brochure, software, web and mobile applications) working closely with the Technical Director to learn and progress within a structured personal development plan (including full access to training materials and opportunities to integrate these skills into live projects).

This Junior PHP Developer mostly remote-based should have most of the following key skills:

Skills Required:

• At least 2 years commercial PHP development experience
• Solid framework experience (ideally Laravel)
• Responsive web development knowledge using Bootstrap
• WordPress theme development
• MySQL database knowledge
• Solid front end understanding – HTML, CSS, JavaScript jQuery
• Understanding of version control – Git/ Bitbucket etc
• Any exposure to third party integrations
