Job Description

As a UX/UI Graphics Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating the look and feel of digital products to ensure they meet the needs of our users. You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to design user-friendly interfaces, develop prototypes and wireframes, and conduct usability testing to refine your designs. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products, making this a truly exciting and impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 2 years commercial UI/UX design experience
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web
• Map user stories and prepare drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent and demonstrable design skills
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX graphics Designer or similar role
• Proven background of graphic designing projects related to web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma)
• A design knowledge of HTML & CSS. Photoshop, Adobe, Indesign, Illustrator
• Understanding of WCAG A, AA, AAA etc.
• An interest in, and knowledge of, coding and design principles
• Empathy with the customer so that you can understand what they want from our apps
• An aptitude for using a logical, step-by-step approach to ensure designs are user friendly and simple for end users
