Job Description

We are looking for Engineers that are passionate about writing clean, efficient and readable code with a tech stack that includes Java/Python and AWS. Working in a close-knit and collaborative team you will work on different components of this innovative platform and be involved in designing and building new system architectures.

Skills Required:

• Tech stack / experience:Python, AWS, Microservices, Kubernetes, AWS, CircleCI, Docker, SQL, PostgreSQL, Unit testing.Experience with building applications at start-ups or scale-ups is highly preferable.You will need to have a strong background in Python and AWS and a genuine passion for solving problems.What’s more, they operate in an extremely collaborative, progressive and friendly company culture that always support each other and strive for each other’s success.

Required:

• Experience writing high-quality code in Python or Java (using version control)
• Previous experience building out high-quality unit test suites with great code coverage
• Experience building APIs using web frameworks such as Django, Flask or Spring
• Comfortable with building easy to use, high quality Web UIs
• Familiar with building out CI/CD pipelines
• Experience deploying applications either on-premise or onto the cloud

Desired:

• Experience building single page applications using React or a similar UI library/framework
• Familiar with running applications in containers e.g. Docker
• Experience setting up monitoring/observability for production applications
• Past cloud infrastructure/development experience – AWS preferred
• Prior experience working with relational databases
• Familiar with working in an enterprise technology environment
