Problem Statement from HCAPS Group

As HCAPS group wanted to replace their old recruitment system which is not feasible to connect the job seeker and employer.

Globe tech soft studied their existing web application and identified the gap

UI/UX screen is not good look and feel
No Chat functionalities
Not much information while feeding employer information and job seeker information
No Payment gateway
No subscription option

After The Deep Analysis

My working process is the thinking as a user what they want then I can defined the problem. After that brainstorming about the problem, find out the some solutions. apply the solution which is the best solution was then prototype the design. Finally, I tested the project to ensure there were no issues, and if there were, I fixed the missing parts.

Review/Messages
No.of Employer/Candidate viewed your profile

Dashboard page
So you would be able to fill up all the required details and save your profile.
By using this section, candidate will be able to add/update/edit your profile as below.

You have uploaded your profile and other details then “Save Resume” to complete this section.
The jobs which are applied by the candidate will be visible in this section with the job description, applied date etc.
The jobs which are shortlisted by the candidate will be displayed in this section.
This is same as shortlist jobs, candidate follow the employers which you will be notified if any new jobs will be posted by the employers.
Once job alerts created then candidate able to see the list of job alerts in the candidate dashboard section.
